DOMjudge 3.1.2 has just been released, a bugfix release to the 3.1 stable branch. The primary trigger for this release is a bug which in the team interface showed the names of the problems in the clarification section, even while the contest didn't start yet. These problem names can convey some (although usually minimal) information on the nature of the problem and hence should become available no sooner than the start of the contest. This issue does not apply to the 2.2 or 3.0 branches.

The release contains some other bugfixes and documentation improvements.
