DOMjudge 7.0.0 release and slack

Hi, we released a new version of DOMjudge today: 7.0 The most user visible change is the jury interface which also uses the same modern layout now as the team interface. While rewriting, we made many UI improvements and also improved judging performance for problems with many test files.
