Judgenode Down issue

Yes you are right the contest time is 10 AM to 1 PM,but we are using only
one judgenode, before and after the contest the judge node will going down
each 5 to 10 minutes.So is there ny way to reslove this.

 Now in the same server trying to upload 18.8MB sized test cases
unfortunately we are getting warning message like :warning: No image file
specified for new testcase, ignoring. We have already changed Mysql
configuration file maximum allow size is from 16MB to 500MB, up to 15 MB
sized test cases can successfully uploaded .So can ypu please help me to
resolve this issue.
