Since version 4.0 all compile, compare and run scripts have been moved to the database. They are now downloaded and deployed onto a judgehost when needed. This was done to make judgehosts require less configuration. The compile scripts are included in the default SQL data when you do a database install, and the sources can be found under sql/files/defaultdata/. Best, Jaap P.S.
