Unfortunately, DOMjudge has no nice possibility to do this in the current web UI. I've created https://github.com/DOMjudge/domjudge/issues/229 to track that feature request. However, we probably won't implement this is the near future but wait until we start with our transition to a PHP framework (see issue #198). That being said, you can delete multiple user names and teams using SQL in the database or using the UI of phpmyadmin.
