Perhaps your school's network does not have IPv6 yet.

It seems that earlier today the machine running the DOMjudge website lost
its IPv4 address due to a configuration problem on the platform it runs
on. So it was only reachable over IPv6.

This has now been fixed and you shoud be able to reach the website again.
But of course, the best long term solution that your school rolls out IPv6
on its campus network :-)
